A renovated fisherman’s cottage situated on the seaward side of The Warren with excellent views of the harbour and bay. The cottage is built on the rocks between the harbour and Porthminster Beach and has been furnished and equipped in a traditional style retaining many of its original features including granite walls, beamed ceilings, fireplaces in each room and a Cornish Range (decorative use only).

Traditional style Kitchen/dining room with limited work surfaces, dresser, 2-ring Baby Belling electric cooker, Belfast sink, small table top fridge and microwave. Four steps down to Lounge with sea views, ships beam roof pillar, TV and DVD.

From Kitchen, stairs to Bedroom with sea views and original metal frame brass bed with 4ft 6in mattress. Bedroom with 3ft bed. Bathroom including footed bath with shower over, wash basin and wc.

Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating - gas central heating. Duvets provided but visitors must bring their own bed linen and towels. No parking (station car park nearby). No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
