A grade II listed former fisherman’s cottage situated in a quiet pedestrian lane in the heart of Downalong just behind the harbour. The cottage has been furnished in a traditional style retaining much of its original character and has sea views from the main bedroom on the top floor.

Two steps down to Ground Floor: Kitchen/Dining room with electric cooker, fridge, washer/drier, microwave and flat screen TV with freeview. Shower room with shower, wash basin and wc. Steep stairs with entrance 1 ft 6in wide x 4ft 10in ft tall to First Floor: Lounge with 4ft 6in sofa bed, flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player, CD/radio and stove (decoration only).

Second Floor: Bedroom with sea view and 4ft 6in bed. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds and hairdryer. Travel cot available.

Electricity - inclusive. Heating – 2 Night Storage heaters, and portable heaters. Duvets and bed linen provided but visitors must bring their own towels. No parking. 1 small pet considered October to March. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
