Dating back to the middle of the 19th century, this former fisherman’s cottage is located in the heart of Downalong, close to the beaches, harbour and shops. There is an excellent view of the harbour and St. Ives Bay from the second floor lounge. The property retains some of its original charm with exposed beams and wooden floors. The accommodation is on four levels with steep stairs to the lower and top floor (may not be suitable for young children or those with restricted movement).
Entrance: Up 4 steps to Ground Floor: Kitchen/Diner with TV, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
Steep steps to Lower Ground Floor: Bedroom with en suite shower room including
washbasin and wc, 4ft 6in bed and single 3ft 'Z' bed. First Floor: Bedroom with
2 x 3ft pine beds. Bathroom including wc and electric shower over bath. Steep stairs to Second Floor: Lounge with velux
windows and view of the harbour, TV and DVD.
Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets provided but visitors must bring their own bed linen and towels. No parking. No Smoking. No pets. Damage Deposit £100.
