Crab Rock apartments have been built on the Granite and Blue Elvin rocks on the water’s edge. All enjoy superb views of the Harbour and across the bay. A short walk takes you into town or to the Railway or Bus station.

The Lobster Pot is approached by eleven granite steps from street level (may not be suitable for children or those with restricted movement) and being underneath the Ground Floor apartment is nearest the sea. Its front door, sheltered by the overhang of the First Floor of The Lighthouse leads to:

Lounge with sea view, TV with Freeview, DVD and DAB digital Radio/docking station. Kitchen area including electric cooker, fridge and microwave. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds and en-suite shower. Separate wc and washbasin. At the top of the stairs to the lower bedroom is a partly glazed door leading to a balcony which serves as access to a neighbour’s studio allowing more light and sea views. Stairs to Lower Level: Bedroom with 5ft bed, two large portholes with views over the rocks, washbasin and shower.

Electricity/gas - Inclusive. Heating – electric central heating. Duvets and bed linen provided but visitors must bring their own towels. Travel cot available, reserve on booking. No Parking. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
