Lower Ground Floor: Stable door into kitchen/diner, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washer/drier and dishwasher. First Floor: Lounge with full size sofa bed, TV and DVD . Cloakroom including wc.

Second Floor: Rear entrance. Bathroom with shower over the bath, and wc. Bedroom with 1 x 3ft bed. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft bunk beds. Steep stairs to Third Floor (stairs may not be suitable for young children or those with restricted movement). Bedroom with 5ft bed, TV and view of the town, harbour and bay between the rooftops.

Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating – Full gas central heating. Duvets and bed linen provided but visitors must bring their own towels. No Smoking. No Parking. No pets. Damage Deposit £100.
