A very old fisherman’s cottage situated in a quaint cobbled precinct in the old part of St. Ives.  The cottage is some 25 paces from the harbour wall, set back up Bethesda Hill, but there are some views of the harbour from three of the four rooms.  It is within easy access of the shops and beaches.

First Floor:  Lounge with pine floor, TV with freeview, DVD, radio and CD player.  Open staircase (may not be suitable for young children) leading to Second Floor:  Bedroom with fitted carpet and 4ft 6in pine bed.  Bedroom with two 2ft 6in pine beds.  Ground Floor:  Kitchen/breakfast room with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washer/drier.  Bathroom with electric Mira shower over bath and wc.

Electricity - inclusive.  Heating - gas central heating.  Duvets provided but visitors must bring their own bed linen and towels.  No parking. No Smoking. No pets. Damage Deposit £100.
