This house is situated in an elevated position near the top of Tregenna Hill, which is one of the main shopping streets. Conveniently positioned just off the town centre it is close to Porthminster beach and has partial views across the harbour to The Island. It is also within easy walking distance of the coach, railway and bus stations.

Electricity/gas - Inclusive. Heating – electric fire and four portable electric heaters. Duvets provided but visitors must bring their own bed linen and towels. Garage parking for one car only (20' x 11' x 6' high approx). No Smoking. No pets. Damage Deposit £100.
