A traditional fisherman’s cottage in the Downalong area of St Ives which has been refurbished to a high standard and is well equipped. Conveniently situated near the harbour it is within easy reach of the shops, art galleries, restaurants and beaches.

Stable door entrance into kitchen/diner with newly fitted electric cooker, fridge, microwave, & washing machine. First Floor: with open stairs, not suitable for young children. Lounge with TV, video, DVD and window seat. Second Floor: Bedroom, 4ft 6in bed with 3ft bunk over, Shower room with washbasin, wc and heated towel rail. Third Floor: Master bedroom with 5ft 3in bed and views across St Ives Bay.

Electricity - inclusive. Heating – panel heaters. Duvets provided but visitors must bring their own linen including towels. No parking. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.

Short breaks are charged as follows:
60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
with minimum a charge of: £140 for 2 persons per week plus £20 per additional person.
