bed and a view across the harbour to the island. Second bedroom with
2 x 3ft beds which can be joined together, TV/DVD, this room also
has a view across the harbour to the island. Third bedroom with 2 x
3ft beds which can be joined together. Second shower room with
shower cubicle, wash basin and wc. Kitchen with gas hob, electric
oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, CD player/clock radio and
microwave. Stairs to first floor to open plan lounge/diner with
impressive views across the harbour to the island from both dormers. TV/DVD/Freeview,
CD/Radio and 4ft 6ins sofa bed.
Electricity/gas –
inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets provided but
visitors must bring their own linen including covers. No Pets. No
smoking. No Parking. Damage deposit £100.
