This attractively modernised and well-maintained cottage is situated between the harbour and Porthgwidden beach in a relatively quiet area. The décor includes some pine ceilings and walls and all windows are double-glazed with sea views from two bedrooms. The owner lives locally and keeps the cottage to a high standard of decoration and cleanliness.

Ground Floor: open plan Kitchen/Living room, electric fire, colour TV and video, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. First Floor: Main bedroom (sea views) 4ft 6in divan and wash basin. Bathroom including wc. Shower room including wc, heated towel rail and shaver point. Second Floor: Bedroom (sea view) 4ft 6in divan and wash basin. Bedroom 2 x 3ft divans and wash basin. Outside a small yard with shed for surf boards etc.
