Doors to balcony – integral kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Shower room including wash basin and washing machine. Separate WC and washbasin.

Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating – full gas central heating. Duvets, including linen, towels and tea towels. Parking for one car at rear of property. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
