traditional fisherman’s cottages in Downalong St Ives, close to the
beaches, harbour and shops. This upstairs cottage has been recently
modernised and has a light open plan feel. The living room has
double doors and a hideaway bed, which can easily convert it into a
comfortable second double bedroom.
Entrance up one
flight of granite steps to the front door and a further flight to
the Lower Floor: Lounge with colour TV and DVD/video with
a sliding wall revealing a 4ft 6in hideaway bed. Double doors to
Kitchen/Diner with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer
and washer/drier. Steep stairs to Upper Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in
bed and folding 3ft bed. Bathroom including large corner shower,
bath, wc and washbasin built into the dormer window.
Electricity/gas -
inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets
provided but visitors must bring their own linen including covers.
Damage deposit £100. No parking.
