courtyard, tucked away from pedestrians in the heart of Downalong.
It is only a few metres from the harbour yet close to the beautiful
Porthmeor beach. The cottage is well equipped and tastefully
furnished to a high standard whilst retaining much of its original
character and features.

Entrance from courtyard through small porch to Lounge/Dining room.
Beamed ceiling, original wide polished floorboards. Digital TV, DVD
and 3 seat sofa bed. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge and
microwave. First floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed. Bedroom with 3ft
bed. Bathroom with large walk in shower, wc, washbasin and heated
towel rail.
Electricity/Gas -
inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets provided but
visitors must bring their own linen including covers. Large parking
space for 1 car (in private car park off Burrow Road). No Smoking.
No Pets. Damage Deposit £100.
