Separate wc. Bathroom with shower cubicle, bath, washbasin and utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble drier. Second Floor: Attic living room with colour TV, DVD and balconette window with rooftop views of St Ives and the harbour.

Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets provided but visitors must bring own linen including covers. No Parking. Pets considered on application from October to March Only. No Smoking. Damage deposit £100.
