Southfield Place is a quiet cul-de-sac, facing south and less than ten minutes walk from the shops, harbour and beaches. Sunnydene is divided into two entirely separate units with the owner living on the first floor and supervising each changeover. The accommodation is homely with ample room for 2, has a view of St. Ives Bay across the town from the bedroom and sun lounge and shares the front garden and terrace with the owner.

Access down 8 steps from road level into rear entrance. Fully tiled shower room including wc. Kitchen/Diner with gas cooker, microwave and fridge. Lounge with electric heater, colour TV, DVD and radio/cassette, through to south facing sun lounge. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and colour TV.

Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating – gas fire and portable heater. Duvet but visitors must bring their own linen including cover. No parking. No pets. No smoking. Damage Deposit £100.
