Sea Urchin

Sea Urchin comprises six apartments situated at the end of Headland Road. It has magnificent views of St Ives Bay across Porthkidney Sands to Gwithian and Godrevy Lighthouse. The apartments are double glazed and have been attractively furnished and equipped to a very high standard with wooden or tiled floors throughout. There is a shared terraced garden including furniture, barbecue facilities and a drying area. Nearby is the cliff walk between St Ives (40 minutes) and Lelant, and the West Cornwall Golf Links (10 minutes). Porthkidney Sands is less than 10 minutes walk as is Carbis Bay Beach, branch line railway station, bus stop and the nearest supermarket.

Studio Sea Urchin is a modern studio flat, equipped to a high standard with a shared patio area at the front.
Access is down 20 steps from the car park. Lounge including kitchen/diner area with 4ft 6ins bed and sofa bed (screen to divide the living and sleeping areas), colour TV, DVD, video, radio, gas hob with hood, electric oven, microwave and fridge freezer. Electric storage water heater. Shower room including wc.

Electricity - Inclusive. Heating - Electric wall heaters. Duvets and all bed linen included. Parking for one car. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
