Ground Floor: Entrance porch. Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Sitting room with colour TV, DVD and video. First Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in divan. Bedroom with 2 x 2ft 6in pine beds. Bathroom including wc and shower over bath.

Electricity/Gas - inclusive. Heating - gas fire and three portable heaters. Duvet and blankets for all beds but visitors must bring linen including covers. No parking. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
