gas cooker and hob, fridge, microwave and washer/drier. Stairs up
from Lounge to bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed and TV. Shower room with wc, washbasin, radiator and shower cubicle with electric shower.

Inclusive. Heating – gas central heating, radiators in all rooms.
Duvets provided but visitors must bring their own linen including
covers. No children under the age of 11. No pets. No smoking.
