Oakmere is situated in a quiet, elevated location with distant sea views towards St Ives Bay and Godrevy Lighthouse and only a 10 minute walk to Porthminster Beach. The ground floor self contained unit has a small patio/barbeque area and is personally supervised by the owner between changeovers.

Lounge/Kitchen/Dining room with colour TV, electric cooker, fridge and microwave. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Shower room including wash basin and wc.

Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating - gas central heating. Duvet provided including bed linen. Driveway parking for 1 car. No Pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
