Nampara is situated at the far end of Carthew Way in a quiet area with views across Porthmeor Beach to the Island and country views to the rear. Porthmeor Beach and the lower part of the town can be walked in approximately 15 minutes. The self-contained flat is on the first floor, is comfortably furnished with ample room for two persons. Personally supervised by the owner, who lives on the ground floor.

Lounge with imitation coal electric convector fire and colour TV. Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Bedroom with 4ft 6in pine bed. Bathroom including bath, wc and electric shaver point.

Electricity - inclusive. Heating – electric convector and two panel heaters. Duvets including linen and towels provided. Parking. No babies. No pets. No smoking. Damage Deposit £100.
