In time for the 2008 season, Monica’s House is a
delightful newly refurbished cottage in the heart of Downalong, a
one minute walk from Porthmeor Beach and the Tate Gallery it is in
an ideal location for art lovers and surfers alike. Two minutes away
are the local shops, restaurants and galleries. It also benefits
from having a front courtyard.
Entrance up six steps into hallway which leads into a
spacious open plan ground floor consisting of a sitting room with
leather sofas (one of which is a 4ft 6ins sofa bed), flat screen TV,
CD player and radio and contemporary wall mounted gas fire. Through
a light and airy dining area to a well-equipped kitchen with washing
machine, dishwasher, electric fan oven, gas hob, microwave and
fridge with freezer compartment.
Upstairs :- Bedroom with 5ft bed, flat screen TV and en-suite shower
room with shower cubicle, washbasin, wc and heated towel rail.
Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed and 2 x 3ft bunk beds. Shower room with
shower cubicle, washbasin, wc and heated towel rail.
Electricity/gas
inclusive. Heating - gas central heating. Duvets are provided but
visitors must bring their own linen including covers. No parking.
No Pets. No smoking. Damage Deposit £100.
