Entrance is up thee steps into the hall. Lounge/dining room with colour TV with freeview and Hi-Fi. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Main bedroom with 4ft 6in pine bed and patio doors opening on to the patio with barbecue. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft pine beds. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and wc.

Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets provided but visitors must bring their own linen including covers. Two parking spaces. No pets. Smoking permitted. Damage deposit £100.
