Ground Floor: Stable door with diner/new kitchen with electric cooker with extractor hood, microwave, fridge, storage heater. First floor: Lounge with bay window and window seat, TV with Freeview and DVD. Dimplex thermostatically controlled heater and coal effect electric fire. Childs flop out chair bed. Second Floor: Bedroom with bay window and window seat, 4ft 6in bed. Dimplex t/c heater. Delightful bathroom with full size bath and shower over, heated towel rail, wc & washbasin.

Electricity - Inclusive. Heating - one storage, two panel heaters and electric fire. Duvets and linen included, for double, visitors must bring linen for child's chair bed. Secure Parking at Tregenna Hill (map ref C5) . No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
