A very attractive conversion of two Downalong cottages with central heating, double glazing and fitted carpets throughout. The bathroom, kitchen and downstairs toilet of The Ketch were refurbished in 2004. Off the lounge is a furnished patio/garden which is a veritable sun trap and is ideal for sunbathing if one doesn’t wish to go to the nearby beaches. When inside The Ketch it is hard to believe that one is in the heart of ‘Downalong’ with all amenities so close.

The Ground Floor consists of an Entrance Porch with cloakroom and separate wc. The large lounge has a colour TV,DVD,Freeview,video and Hi-Fi. An open plan staircase separates the Lounge from the Dining Area with pine dresser and large 7 seater dining table. The Kitchen has fitted gas hob,fridge,electric oven,microwave/oven combi and washing machine. Open staircase (not suitable for very young children). The first floor consists of a bathroom with wc,shaver point,and power shower over bath. There are 4 bedrooms all with fitted pine wardrobes,dressing table and plent of drawer space. Bedroom 1 has a 4ft 6in bed, vanity wash basin and shaving point. Bedroom 2 has a 4ft bed, vanity wash basin and shaving point. Bedroom 3 has 2x3ft twin beds and Bedroom 4 has a 3ft bed.

Electricity /Gas– inclusive.  Heating – gas central heating.  Duvets  provided but visitors must bring linen including covers.  Payphone. No smoking. No Parking. No Pets. Damage deposit £100.

Short breaks are charged as follows:
60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
