Ground Floor – Entrance through the front garden into a delightful Mediterranean style conservatory leading into either a large open plan lounge/diner featuring granite inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove, 32" TV DVD player and video or into a games room with pool table and additional TV and video. Shower room with shower, washbasin and wc. Utility room with washing machine. Kitchen with Gas cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, CD/radio and fridge freezer & doors leading to decked patio area and garden. First floor – 2 Bedrooms each with 4ft 6in bed. 2 Bedroom each with 2 x 3ft beds. Bathroom with bath and shower over, washbasin and wc. Shower room with washbasin and wc.

Electricity/gas – inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets but visitors must bring linen including covers. Parking for 3 cars. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
