This bright and airy former Fisherman’s cottage is situated in one of St Ives most popular narrow cobbled streets, The Digey, only yards from the harbour, shops and beaches. This is a traditional cottage which has been tastefully modernised to retain much of its original charm with steep stairs and limited headroom on some stairwells.

Ground Floor: Entrance to kitchen/dining room including electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and colour TV. Shower room including wash basin and wc. First Floor: Lounge with colour TV, video and DVD player. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Second entrance with narrow steep steps onto The Digey. Second Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Bathroom including bath with hand shower over, wash basin and wc.

Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating - gas central heating. Duvets but visitors must bring linen including covers. Telephone for incoming calls only. No parking. No smoking. No pets. Damage deposit £100.
