granite steps from street level and is a compact four storey building
almost like a lighthouse, independent of the flats.

staircase to the upper floors (glazed in the lounge and dining room).
Bedroom with large window facing the sea overlooking a balcony which
serves as access to a neighbour’s studio, 4ft 6in bed, TV with Freeview and
washbasin.
First Floor: Dining room with sea view including Kitchen area with
electric cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
Utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, wc and washbasin.
Second Floor: Lounge with floor to ceiling windows on the seaside
curving around the side of the property.
Double doors open onto a balcony spanning the entire sea frontage,
TV with Freeview, DVD and video.
Shower room with washbasin and wc.
Staircase opening directly onto the Third Floor: Bedroom with sea
view (room heights vary as there is a pitched roof with no roof void) 4ft
6in bed, foam chair-bed suitable for a child and washbasin.
Electricity/gas - inclusive.
Heating - gas central heating. Duvets and linen included but visitors must bring linen
for child's chair bed.
