APARTMENTS & THE LIGHTHOUSE

Crab Rock is a large property situated in a unique position having been built on the granite and Blue Elvin rocks of the waters edge. It has been separated into four apartments and an adjoining 4 storey dwelling with balcony and magnificent views, formally called The Cottage but now renamed as The Lighthouse. All four apartments and The Lighthouse enjoy superb uninterrupted views of the harbour and across the bay to Godrevy Lighthouse. A short, comparatively level walk to the town centre and very close to the Railway and Bus Stations.

The Lobster Pot, which was refurbished for the 2005 season, is approached by eleven granite steps from street level and being underneath the Ground Floor apartment is nearest the sea. Its front door, sheltered by the overhang of the First Floor of The Lighthouse leads to:

Lounge with sea view, TV with Freeview and DVD/Video player. Kitchen area including electric cooker, fridge and microwave. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds and en-suite shower. Separate wc and washbasin. At the top of the stairs to the lower bedroom is a partly glazed door leading to a balcony which serves as access to a neighbour’s studio allowing more light and sea views. Stairs to Lower Level: Bedroom with 5ft bed, two large portholes with views over the rocks, TV with Freeview, washbasin and shower.

Electricity/gas - Inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets and linen included. Secure parking at Tregenna Hill (map ref C5) at extra cost, please check availability when booking. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
