Crab Rock is a large property situated in a unique position having been built on the granite and Blue Elvin rocks of the waters edge. It has been separated into four apartments and an adjoining 4 storey dwelling with balcony and magnificent views, formally called The Cottage but now renamed as The Lighthouse. All four apartments and The Lighthouse enjoy superb uninterrupted views of the harbour and across the bay to Godrevy Lighthouse. A short, comparatively level walk to the town centre and very close to the Railway and Bus Stations.

Completely refurbished in 2002, Dolphin Apartment has a stable door entrance (street level) into lobby shared with The Beach Hut and Penguin Apartments.

Stairs to Second/Top Floor: Lounge with panoramic sea views extending from the harbour around the side elevation to Hayle Towans,4ft fully sprung sofa bed, TV with Freeview, CD DVD/video. Kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge and microwave. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Shower room including washbasin, wc and heated towel rail.

Electricity/gas - Inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets and linen included. Secure parking at Tregenna Hill (map ref C5) at extra cost, please check availability when booking. No pets. No smoking. Damage deposit £100.
