APARTMENTS & THE LIGHTHOUSE

Crab Rock is a large property situated in a unique position having been built on the granite and Blue Elvin rocks of the waters edge. It has been separated into four apartments and an adjoining 4 storey dwelling with balcony and magnificent views, formally called The Cottage but now renamed as The Lighthouse. All four apartments and The Lighthouse enjoy superb uninterrupted views of the harbour and across the bay to Godrevy Lighthouse. A short, comparatively level walk to the town centre and very close to the Railway and Bus Stations.

Penguin Apartment has a stable door entrance (street level) into lobby shared with The Beach Hut and Dolphin Apartments, and was completely refurbished for the 2002 season.

Stairs to First Floor: Lounge with sea view, wall mounted colour TV with freeview, Kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge and microwave. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Shower room including washbasin, wc and heated towel rail.

Electricity - Inclusive. Heating – two Dimplex thermostatically controlled panel heaters plus heated towel rail. Duvets and linen included. No pets. No smoking. No Parking. Damage deposit £100.

60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
