Entrance through car park on Pedn Olva Terrace into Kitchen/Lounge Diner with electric cooker, larder fridge and microwave, TV, DVD, CD, and electric fire. Hallway to bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed and convector heater and glimpses of the sea. Shower room with shower sink and wc.

Electricity – Inclusive. Heating – 1 convector heater. Duvets including bed linen provided. Parking for one car. No pets. No smoking. No children or babies. Damage deposit £100.
