Bedroom with 4ft 6in pine bed. Bathroom with shower over the bath and wc. Outside patio with barbecue and drying area.

Electricity/gas – inclusive. Heating - gas central heating. Duvets provided, including bed linen. Parking for one car. No pets. No smoking. Damage Deposit £100.
