This former fisherman’s cottage is situated in Downalong, between The Wharf and Back Road East just 30 yards from the water’s edge and with accommodation on four floors.  The cottage has been attractively furnished to a high standard and retains much of its original character.

Lower Ground Floor: Stable door into kitchen/diner, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washer/drier and dishwasher.  First Floor:  Lounge with full size sofa bed, colour TV with DVD and video.  Cloakroom including wc.  Second Floor:  Rear entrance.  Bathroom with shower over the bath, and wc.  Bedroom with 1 x 3ft bed.  Bedroom with 2 x 3ft bunk beds.  Steep stairs to Third Floor:  Bedroom with 5ft  bed, colour TV and view of the town, harbour and bay between the rooftops. Stairs may not be suitable for young children or the elderly.

Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating – Full gas central heating. Duvets provided including linen.  No Smoking. No Parking.  No pets. Damage Deposit £100.

Short breaks are charged as follows:
60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
with minimum a charge of: £140 for 2 persons per week plus £20 per additional person.
