Comprising 5 flats on the Wharf overlooking the harbour and bay.
The Poopdeck and Penthouse each have balconies.
The owner occupies the smallest flat and supervises each changeover.
2 Cots are available and must be reserved when making the booking.

On the ground floor with access up 3 steps from the Wharf. Harbour views from the lounge and main bedroom. Double-glazing.

Lounge including TV with Freeview, DVD and portable radio/CD player, up 3 steps to the Kitchen/Diner with quarry tiled floor, electric cooker, fridge, microwave and washer/drier. Main bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and 2 x 3ft bunks. Alternative sleeping in "cabin bedroom" with double 4ft bunk bed no external window light and ventilation from bedroom and hallway (not recommended for the elderly or infirmed). Bathroom (up 2 steps) with whirlpool bath, including wc and mains shower over the bath, shaver point. Note - bedrooms have louvered doors.

Electricity - Inclusive. Heating - Night storage heaters in the Lounge and hallway plus portable electric heaters. Duvets and bed linen provided, but visitors must bring their own towels. No parking. Smoking permitted. Pets considered on application. Damage deposit £100.

Short breaks are charged as follows:
60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
with minimum a charge of: £140 for 2 persons per week plus £20 per additional person.
