First Floor: Bedroom with a view of Porthmeor, 5ft pine bed (7ft long). Shower room including wc and washbasin. Second Floor Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and panoramic views of Porthmeor.  Shower room with wc and washbasin. Both landings have sea views across the bay towards Hayle.

Electricity - Inclusive. Heating, thermostatically controlled electric panel heating throughout.  Duvets provided but visitors must bring their own linen including covers. Parking for 2 medium sized cars. No Smoking. No pets. Damage deposit £100.

Short breaks are charged as follows:
60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
