Shower room with wc and washbasin. Both landings have sea views across the bay towards Hayle.

Electricity - Inclusive. Heating, thermostatically controlled electric panel heating throughout. Duvets provided but visitors must bring their own linen including covers. Parking for 2 medium sized cars. No Smoking. No pets. Damage deposit £100.
