Piazza and Barnaloft
Piazza and Barnaloft are adjacent blocks of flats and maisonettes situated on the famous surfing beach of Porthmeor. They both contain a cosy mix of residential and letting units, most of which have at least one private balcony overlooking the beach, and in each block there is a private access direct onto the beach, available in summer weather permitting. They are ideally situated for the family holiday in the picturesque old quarter of St Ives and only a few minutes walk from the shops and harbour. Coin operated launderette on site.

Number 7 is an immaculately, appointed, furnished maisonette.

Ground floor: Open plan, living room/kitchen with private balcony directly overlooking Porthmeor beach. Bed settee, colour TV, video and DVD, dining table, modern well equipped fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, extractor, microwave, fridge and washer drier. Open sided staircase (not suitable for very young children) to

First Floor: main bedroom overlooking the beach with 5ft divan, fitted wardrobe units and colour TV. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft divans and fitted cupboards/wardrobes. Bathroom with shower over bath, wc, washbasin and heated towel rail.

Electricity/Gas - inclusive. Heating – full gas central heating. Duvets provided but guests must bring own linen including covers. Parking available at £30 per week. No Smoking. No pets. Damage deposit £100.

60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
