Lyonesse Apartments were converted in 2007 to a very high standard.
The apartments all have parking spaces at the rear of the apartments

This top floor flat has superb views from the Harbour across the Bay to Hayle Towans. It is one of a newly converted block which have all been finished to a very high standard. Situated on the Porthminster side of St Ives it has the added extras of a parking space, central heating, telecom entry system, a whirlpool bath and balcony windows to maximize the views.

Entrance along the left hand side of the building, 16 steps to hallway and a further staircase to the top floor.  Bathroom with whirlpool bath with shower over, washbasin, wc and heated towel rail. Bedroom with 2 X 3ft beds and a glimpse of the sea. Further bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds and a glimpse of the sea. 5 stairs to half landing with cupboard housing washer/drier. Bedroom with 5ft bed, ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin, wc and heated towel rail. This bedroom also has a balcony window and superb views around the Bay. Kitchen with fridge freezer, electric double oven, gas hob, dishwasher and microwave, through to Lounge/Diner with leather reclining chairs, TV/DVD/Freeview and a further balcony window giving extensive views from the Harbour around the Bay to Hayle.

Electricity/gas – Inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets provided but visitors must bring their own linen including covers.  Parking space for one car (1.9 metres wide) at rear of property (up 11 steps from ground level). No pets.  No smoking.  Damage deposit £100.

60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
