This newly renovated character cottage is situated in a pedestrian cobbled street between Fore Street and the Harbour and has a view from the lounge across to Hayle Towans. The property is very convenient for the shops and just a few minutes walk from Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches.

Entrance into Kitchen/Diner with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washer/drier, microwave and dishwasher. Hi-fi system in dining area. Stairs to Shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and wc. Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed. Stairs to Lounge with flat screen TV, DVD and view across the Harbour to Hayle Towans.

Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating – Gas Central Heating. Duvets provided but visitors must bring their own linen including covers. Parking space at rear of Pednolver Terrace (map ref D5). Balustrades on stairs may not be suitable for young children. No smoking. No pets. Damage deposit £100.
