Ground Floor: Kitchen/diner with gas cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Bathroom including wc, shower over bath. Open plan staircase leading to the First Floor: Large lounge with gas fire, colour TV, video, DVD and music centre. Second Floor: two bedrooms with washbasin, one with 5ft bed the other with 2 x 3ft pine beds. Third Floor Attic Bedroom with dormer window and limited headroom, 5ft pine bed, colour TV and DVD.

Electricity/gas - Inclusive. Heating - full gas central heating. Duvets, no linen or covers. No parking. Smoking permitted. No pets. Damage Deposit £100.
