Lower Ground Floor: Kitchen/Dining room with gas cooker, microwave and fridge. Small rear courtyard. Steep staircase to Ground Floor: (front door) Lounge with electric fire and colour TV. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. First Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and 2ft 6in divan. Bathroom with shower over bath. Bedroom with 3ft bed. Separate wc.

Electricity/gas - Inclusive. Heating – electric fire and four portable electric heaters. Duvets but visitors must bring their own linen including covers. Garage parking for one car only. No Smoking. No pets. Damage Deposit £100.
