Sea views from 2 bedrooms.

Lower Ground Floor: Kitchen/Breakfast Room with open beamed ceiling, quarry tiled floor, Bosch fan oven and grill, microwave, radio, TV point, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.  Separate wc and back door to a covered courtyard area for hanging washing and storing surfboards etc and back alley to Fore street. 60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
with minimum a charge of: £140 for 2 persons per week plus £20 per additional person.
