Piazza and Barnaloft
Piazza and Barnaloft are adjacent blocks of flats and maisonettes situated on the famous surfing beach of Porthmeor. They both contain a cosy mix of residential and letting units, most of which have at least one private balcony overlooking the beach, and in each block there is a private access direct onto the beach, available in summer weather permitting. They are ideally situated for the family holiday in the picturesque old quarter of St Ives and only a few minutes walk from the shops and harbour. Coin operated launderette on site.

Completely refurbished in spring 2006, 5 Piazza is a spacious, modern, well equipped ground floor apartment with fitted carpets, and tiled floor to the Hall, Kitchen and Bathrooms.

Lounge directly overlooking the beach with solid oak furniture, three piece leather suite, modern bed settee, colour TV and DVD. Door to balcony overlooking the beach, with chairs. Main bedroom overlooking the beach with two 3ft divans fitted as a double (2 single or a kingsize duvet), 14in colour TV. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft divans. Kitchen with gas hob, extractor, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower over bath, washbasin and wc. Separate wet room with wash basin and wc.

Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating - full gas central heating. Duvets provided, but visitors must bring linen including duvet covers. Travel cot provided. Parking for one car Garage No. 10. No pets. No Smoking. Damage deposit £100.
