Penayr is a large terraced house overlooking Porthminster Beach with spectacular views of St. Ives bay and harbour. This spacious, well appointed accommodation is ideal for two families. Porthminster Beach is within three minutes walk.

Main entrance: up 6 steps into Hall: Large lounge with separate dining area, breathtaking views, colour TV, video and music system. Utility room with washing machine and drier. Rear yard with wc. Downstairs to well equipped kitchen / diner with slate floor. Aga cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and access to patio with views across the bay and Porthminster Beach. First Floor: Bedroom (view) with 5ft bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds washbasin and shower unit. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and washbasin. Bathroom including shower and wc. Separate wc. Second Floor: Family room (view) with 2 x 3ft beds and 2 x 3ft bunks, wash basin and 14inch colour TV.

Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating - full gas central heating. Duvets but visitors must bring linen including covers. Parking for one car at the back via a narrow lane with limited turning space, and possible parking at the front. No Smoking. No pets. Damage deposit £100.
