Entrance to Kitchen/Dining Room with gas cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Living room with colour TV, DVD and radio/CD player. Entrance through glazed door to Bedroom with 5ft bed and 3ft storabed. Entrance from bedroom to fully tiled Bathroom with shower over bath and wc. Large garden with lawn, borders, patios and furniture (note low wall at edge of garden to 10ft drop).

Electricity/gas - inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets and bed linen provided. Parking in garage under garden (note access is via footpath from road to front door approx 50 yards). No pets. No smoking.  Damage deposit £100.

Short breaks may be available outside the busier seasons, please contact our office.  
Short breaks are charged as follows:
60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
with minimum a charge of: £140 for 2 persons per week plus £20 per additional person.
