This modern block of apartments was built in 1982/83 and is adjacent to the St. Ives Bay Hotel.  All apartments have picture windows with spectacular views over Porthminster Beach and out to Hayle Towans, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond.

Each apartment has an allocated parking space, and there is a coin operated laundry room and telephone communal to the block.  From the apartments it is only a few minutes walk down to Porthminster Beach and the pretty St Ives branch line which are below the block as pictured below, and it is just a five minute walk to the shops and harbour.

This corner penthouse apartment has magnificent views  from the balcony over the Town and Bay and views over Porthminster Beach from the lounges. (Please see Carrack Widden details on page 49 of our brochure). 

Lounge/dining room with TV, DVD/ video and  further raised lounge area with double sofa/bed, small wardrobe/chest of drawers, and door to balcony.  Kitchen with electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave, washer/drier and fridge/freezer and door to balcony. Balcony with patio furniture. Bedroom with 5ft bed and vanity unit with washbasin. Bedroom with 2 X 3ft beds.  Bathroom has bath with shower over,, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail.

Electricity – inclusive.  Heating – night storage heaters.  Duvets provided but visitors must bring own linen.  Secure garage parking (No 56) plus one reserved space (No 56).  No pets.  No smoking.  Damage deposit £100.

Short breaks are charged as follows:
60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
