This modern block of apartments was built in 1982/83 and is adjacent to the St. Ives Bay Hotel. All apartments have picture windows with spectacular views over Porthminster Beach and out to Hayle Towans, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond.

Each apartment has an allocated parking space, and there is a coin operated laundry room and telephone communal to the block. From the apartments it is only a few minutes walk down to Porthminster Beach and the pretty St Ives branch line which are below the block as pictured below, and it is just a five minute walk to the shops and harbour.

Access from the rear and up only two levels. Lounge, enjoying panoramic sea views, comfortably furnished including a dining area and a modern galley kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, catering equipment for four people, fitted carpet, colour TV and double bed settee. Tiled bathroom with shower over bath and wc. Bedroom tastefully furnished with 2 x 2ft 6in beds which can be put together to make king size bed (king size duvet), integral headboard and ample storage facilities.

Electricity - inclusive. Heating – one storage/convector and one panel heater. Duvets provided but visitors but visitors must bring linen including covers. Parking space no 54. No pets. No Smoking. Damage deposit £100.
