These self-contained flats offer harbour side accommodation with commanding views over the town and bay, facing south and only a few minutes walk to shops and car parking.  All flats are comfortably furnished with fitted carpets and easy care flooring, colour TV, radio/cassette/CD player, smoke detectors and heating facilities.  Flats 3 and 4 have a cot space where indicated (please request at time of booking, cot sheet only supplied, visitors need to bring other bedding for cot i.e. top sheet and blankets/duvet). Dual weight 15 tog duvets on all beds.  All flats have ironing facilities, suction cleaner, microwave and toaster. Visitors need to bring personal and kitchen towels.

Electricity - inclusive.  Heating – four storage heaters and two portable heaters.  Duvets and all bed linen supplied.  Cot available, reserve on booking .  No parking.  Smoking Permitted. No pets. Damage Deposit £100.

Short breaks are charged as follows:
60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
