Lyonesse Apartments were converted in 2007 to a very high standard.
The apartments all have parking spaces at the rear of the apartments
and many have superb views across the bay to Hayle Towans

This light and airy first floor apartment is situated on the Porthminster side of St Ives, the apartment has a superb view to Hayle Towans around to The Harbour. Also included are a parking space, central heating, outside secure storage cupboard for beach items and a whirlpool bath.

Entrance along the right hand side of the building and up some steps into a communal hallway. Enter into apartment hallway with washer/drier cupboard, Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed, sea glimpses and ensuite shower room with wc, washbasin, shower cubicle and heated towel rail. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds, sea views and TV with DVD. Bathroom with whirlpool bath, separate shower cubicle, wc washbasin and heated towel rail. Kitchen/Dining/Living area with Electric oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer and Dishwasher. TV with DVD and spectacular views around the Bay.

Electricity/gas – Inclusive. Heating – gas central heating. Duvets provided but visitors must bring their own linen including covers. Parking space for one car (1.9 metres wide) at rear of property (up 11 steps from ground level). No pets. No smoking. Children must be over 8 years old. Damage deposit £100.

60% of week price for 3 nights; 70% of week price for 4 nights; 80% of week price for 5 nights;
