The flats are very conveniently positioned for the town and beaches, and are easily accessible from the bus/coach and railway stations. They are only a 3-4 minute walk from the beautiful and child-friendly Porthminster Beach.

Fully modernised Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Bathroom with shower over bath, washbasin and wc. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds and 2 x 2ft 6in bunks.

Electricity - Inclusive. Heating – electric night storage heaters and 1 portable heater. Duvet and blankets included but visitors should bring their own linen including covers. No Parking. No Smoking. No Pets. Damage Deposit £100.
