Both flats have large picture windows and fantastic views over the town and harbour. Flat 2 is situated on the first floor, Flat 1 on the second. The flats are very conveniently positioned for the town and beaches, and are easily accessible from the bus/coach and railway stations. They are only a 3-4 minute walk from the beautiful and child-friendly Porthminster Beach.

Entrance up 2 flights of stairs. Living/dining room with large picture window overlooking the town and harbour, colour TV with freeview, DVD and mini CD HiFi. Kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/drier. Bathroom with electric shower over bath, washbasin and wc. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds.

Electricity Inclusive. Heating – electric night storage heaters and 1 portable heater. Duvets and blankets provided but visitors must bring their own linen including covers. No Parking. No Smoking. No Pets. Damage Deposit £100.
